Ladies and gentlemen, meet Lord Fat Cat.
In these hectic, panic-filled days before the release of Regency Love, Lord Fat Cat has been a source of comfort for us all. A cat of many talents and much knowledge, Lord Fat Cat continues to impart us with the wisdom of his many, lordly years.
And of course, you will have the opportunity to befriend Lord Fat Cat in your own adventures from 16 December. But be careful: although Lord Fat Cat is of a caring and giving nature, he is not always easily impressed—it will not do to disappoint him!
So, where should one go to obtain the necessary lace and ribbons to complete our Regency attire? Why, Mr Mortimer’s haberdashery, of course!
Ribbons, fabric, and sketches–perhaps some of Mr Mortimer’s latest commissions?
You’ll have a chance to visit Mr Mortimer’s haberdashery near the beginning of Regency Love, when you go shopping with your best friend to complete your outfit for the upcoming Spring Ball. Who knows, you might unexpectedly make some new acquaintances…
And, as with all our projects, Jenny brings you the artwork, Melody does her programming magic, and Samantha slabs you with text–Tea For Three, indeed!
Welcome to the first Tuesday Teaser, where we share titbits from our current projects. Today, Jenny brings you a piece of her lovely art:
Sunny skies, gossiping ladies, and some soulful, gentlemanly gazing.
Allow me to introduce the town of Darlington, the home location of our upcoming iPhone game, Regency Love. As you can see, the ladies are out for a stroll, donning their hats, while the gentleman remains dashing in his cravat and waistcoat.
Jenny is particularly fond of the gentleman’s colours, Melody likes that the townspeople are going on with their own lives in a scene that makes the world seem real, while Samantha adores the floral empire dress and wants one for herself.
